Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a customer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you receive your goods.

Return Process

To ensure correct processing, please contact us before returning any item.

As we work with international fulfillment partners and suppliers, returned items may need to be sent to the appropriate partner warehouse.

After contacting us, you will receive detailed return instructions and the correct return address.

Returns sent without prior approval cannot be processed.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused and in original condition

Items must be returned in original packaging where possible

You must contact us before sending any item back

Items must be sent back within 14 days after notifying us of the return.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using tracked shipping, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items otherwise.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos.

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Hygiene items once opened

Items marked as final sale
